How to configure an automatic PDF-/XML-Export?
The commandline-export ist decribed in the application help: http://vistrax.de/help/vistrax/Help/ENU/index.html#9.5
You find a sample batch-file attached, that will create an PDF export
of several datatypes. For an automatic export you can create an
scheduled task, which ist described
here.
You will find your mandator id in the Overview of vistraxAdmin.
The ERRORLEVEL shows the result of the export. The results are explained in the above link of the application help.
Set the parameter "format" to "xml", if you want to export a XML file.
It is recommended to use a separate user for the export. You can set
specific access rights within th user roles. It is also recommended to
pass an crypted password by using the "cryptedpassword" parameter. The
application help link above assists you for creating a crypted
password.
