This is unfortunately not possible with the standard tools provided with Windows. If the workstation is locked in the usual fashion then all connected displays also show a black screen. In order to operate vistraxWelcome with the computer locked, a paid-for tool called “Transparent Screen Lock” can be used (priced around $50 per workstation). In this case, optional operation via touch-screen alone remains impossible.
